Running P&L for 2026-03-06

Day P&L: $-2560.91 | Total R: -8.21R

PRSO was in my sights early on, and I jumped in for a long at 1.64 after seeing it pull back from a brief spike. The tape showed some decent buying interest, but I quickly realized I was forcing the trade as it faded down to 1.62, and I exited for a small loss. This kind of setup felt familiar—trying to catch a bounce that just wasn’t there. I took another stab at it shortly after at 1.62, but the same story played out, and I was out again at 1.60. The volatility was evident, but I should have waited for a clearer signal instead of chasing the action.

Then came my first real win of the day. After a few frustrating scalps, I entered PRSO again at 1.65 and hit a nice exit at 1.77. This was a more patient play; I caught it as it pushed above VWAP and held the gains. The stock was clearly getting some traction, and I was able to ride that momentum. The tape was showing solid buying pressure, and I felt more confident in that entry.

Unfortunately, the momentum didn’t last. I tried another long at 1.80, but there was a sudden shift in the tape. It was like the floor dropped out; I got out quickly at 1.79, limiting my loss. I should have recognized the signs earlier. The selling pressure was building, and I ignored it, which cost me.

AIFF was another name on my radar, and I took several trades there. The first two were losses, but I managed to catch a small win at 1.91 after it reclaimed some ground. The rvol was high, and I thought it had the potential to run, but the volatility made it tough to get a handle on. Each time I entered, it felt like I was fighting the tape. AIFF's movements were choppy, and I had to remind myself to stay disciplined and not overcommit. I ended up taking a few more losses than wins there, which reflected in my stats.

As I shifted focus to DXST, I felt the action was beginning to stabilize. I caught a few decent scalps, including a nice entry at 0.3266 that pushed up to 0.34. The stock had a relatively low float, which often leads to those sharp moves, but it was still a bit unpredictable. I should have been more cautious with my sizing, especially after a few back-to-back trades that didn’t go my way. The tape was less forgiving today, and I could feel the market's mood shifting.

EDSA was another name I traded, with a couple of decent entries. I caught a small win at 5.83 on a pullback, but then I tried to chase it higher and got burned. The sector was active, but I didn’t fully capitalize on the momentum. I was in and out too quickly without letting the trade breathe. It felt like I was second-guessing myself all day, which led to unnecessary losses.

By the time I got to ATRA, I was feeling the weight of the day. I grabbed a quick long but couldn’t hold it as it faded back down. The energy in the market was shifting, and I needed to adjust my approach. The high rvol stocks were still moving, but I was struggling to find the right entries.

Reflecting on the day, I forced too many trades without waiting for confirmation. The market was choppy, and I let impatience creep in. I also didn’t manage my risk as well as I could have, which was evident in my average losses being larger than my average wins.

What I did well: I had a few solid entries, particularly with PRSO when it was moving in my favor. I also cut losses quickly on some trades, which helped limit the damage.

What I did poorly: I overtraded and chased moves without waiting for a clearer signal. I ignored the tape at times, which led to some unnecessary losses.

Trading grade: B-. My entries were a mix of good and forced, and while I had some solid wins, my average loss outpaced my average win, showing a lack of discipline.

Tomorrow, I need to focus on patience and waiting for the right setups. I can’t let a few losses push me into revenge trading.
