Running P&L for 2025-11-24

Day P&L: $+8135.71 | Total R: +18.96R

The first trade of the day came in on ENLV, where I was looking for a bounce after a washout. I entered at 1.74, but it quickly turned against me, and I got out at 1.70 for a loss of $201. The tape was weak, and I should have read the selling pressure better. I tried again on ENLV a couple of times, but the same pattern played out; it just wasn’t the right time for that stock. I lost another $51 and then $1.03 on additional tries, which was frustrating. The stock was clearly in a downtrend, and I was forcing trades where I shouldn't have.

By 9:30, I attempted a sub VWAP trap on ENLV with entries around 1.60, but it was another misread. The stock kept fading, and I couldn't catch a break, losing $78 on that one. I eventually saw a small win of $40, but it was more of a scalp than a solid setup. The price action was choppy, and I was trying to catch a reversal that just wasn’t happening. My timing was off, and I need to be more patient rather than chasing.

The real turning point came with INHD. After a few more frustrating trades, I finally caught a solid move. I grabbed a long position at 1.47 after a washout, and it popped back up, giving me a $545 win. This was a classic example of waiting for a true reversal signal, and it felt good to finally see a clean setup play out. The stock had a low float and was moving with decent volume, so there was good potential for follow-through.

From that point on, I had a better read on INHD. I took another long at 1.599 for a gain of $190 and then another at 1.616, which added another $172 to my P&L. The tape was showing strength, and I was more disciplined with my entries. I started to recognize the patterns and was able to ride the momentum, which was a stark contrast to my earlier attempts on ENLV.

As the morning progressed, INHD continued to present opportunities. I caught a solid breakout at 1.67 for a $1,369 win, and then I scaled into a longer position at 2.6, which turned into a $2,730 win. The tape was strong, and it felt like I was finally capitalizing on the right moves. The volume was there, and I was able to ride the momentum while managing my risk better.

However, I slipped back into some bad habits later in the day. I found myself overtrading INHD, taking too many small losses that chipped away at my gains. I had some scalp trades that didn’t pan out, like the shorts I took around 1.67 and 1.64, which ended up being mistakes. I need to remember that not every move needs to be traded; sometimes it's better to sit back and watch.

What I did well today was recognizing when to shift my focus to INHD after struggling with ENLV. I also managed to capitalize on stronger setups and ride the momentum effectively when the tape showed strength. On the downside, I overtraded at times, particularly during the mid-morning when I should have been more selective. I also let some emotions creep in after those early losses, which led to chasing a few trades I shouldn't have.

Trading grade: B+. My entries improved as the day went on, and I capitalized on the stronger moves, but I still gave back too much on some impulsive trades.

Tomorrow, I want to focus on maintaining discipline and sticking to my plan, especially after a day like today where I saw both the highs and lows of trading. It's all about consistency and making sure I don’t let early losses dictate my strategy.
