A qualitative run-through of every trade from 2026-03-20: setups, thought process, and outcomes.
ARTL
I went long ARTL at 8.83 after it showed strength above the VWAP. The stock held the level well, pushing up to 9.28, where I sold into the extension. The momentum was solid as it moved higher, and I locked in gains before it pulled back.
ANNA
I entered ANNA at 5.75 as it started to move up after a brief pullback. The stock continued to show strength and I sold the top at 6.18 as it halted up. I didn’t trust the strength to hold, so I decided to take my profits there.
What I did well:
I executed well on the entries on the two names that mattered, took profits into strength, and kept size sane — I stayed selective when the tape was slow instead of forcing noise.
Trading grade: B+ — Solid reads and execution on what I took; the tape was slow and thin on follow-through, not a day to manufacture extra trades.
Week in review:
What I traded this week
Mostly healthcare / low-float biotech with a few pops elsewhere when the tape rotated. Mon–Thu had more looks than clean trends; today the tape was slow and I stayed selective on what was worth real size.
What worked
When something actually gave follow-through, I was willing to sell into it instead of inventing a second act. I also kept damage small on the junk — no hero trades on a meh tape.
What went poorly / what I'll tighten
I still gave too much screen time to names that never really committed — next week I want a faster pass when the book fades and the story doesn’t develop, and less re-engaging the same symbol after the first try already said “not today.”
Have a great weekend!
